In real estate, it’s easy to get caught up in the numbers of square footage, list price, comps, and commissions. But the truth is, the most successful deals don’t come from chasing transactions. They come from building relationships. It starts with a simple equation: Know, Like and Trust.
As a real estate professional, I’ve learned that loyalty isn’t built by checking boxes or meeting the minimum standards. It’s earned by going above and beyond by treating people like people, not just clients. These lessons were learned by years of service as an Infantryman in the U.S. Army and a State Trooper with the Michigan State Police.
Loyalty is easily defined, but hard to earn. For example, it is easy to wear the uniform when everything is going well. Will you still be proud to wear it when opinion say otherwise?
